Zango has announced a $4.8M funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners, specializing in regulatory compliance solutions. The funds will be used to expand teams in London and Bengaluru and develop AI-native governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) product modules. Zango aims to penetrate various financial services sectors beyond banking, including insurance and asset management. The company was co-founded by Ritesh Singhania, previously with ClearGlass, and Shashank Agarwal, who co-founded Third Watch and led compliance at PhonePe.
