Corning shares rose approximately 14% following the announcement. The warrants are exercisable from issuance with a three-year expiry. This investment follows NVIDIA's previous $4 billion investment in laser-component suppliers, emphasizing the growth in AI-driven infrastructure and American manufacturing.
