Charter and Comcast to Build a Business MVNO With T-Mobile

Charter and Comcast have announced a new mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) agreement with T-Mobile to provide services to business customers nationwide. The MVNO will be branded as Spectrum Mobile for Business and Comcast Business Mobile, launching next year. The partnership enhances T-Mobile's business offerings and introduces emergency satellite-to-cellphone services for select Samsung and Google devices. T-Mobile has been recognized for having the best mobile network performance in the first half of the year according to Ookla Speedtest Connectivity Report. Financial details of the agreement remain undisclosed.
The MVNO will launch next year, branded as Spectrum Mobile for Business and Comcast Business Mobile. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
T-Mobile Executive Vice President Omar Tazi stated, "This partnership complements what our T-Mobile for Business group already offers and expands the reach of T-Mobile's network to even more business customers beyond those we currently serve."
T-Mobile scored well in the Ookla Speedtest Connectivity Report, rated as having the best mobile network for the first half of the year across all technologies.
Charter and Comcast will offer emergency satellite-to-cellphone service for Samsung Galaxy S25 and Google Pixel 9, expected to add SMS after the March announcement.
