Peacock is raising its subscription prices, increasing ad-supported Premium from $7.99 to $10.99 and Premium Plus from $13.99 to $16.99 monthly. New customer pricing adjustments will start on July 23rd, while existing customers will notice changes on or after August 22nd. Yearly plans will also rise, with Premium priced at $109.99 and Premium Plus at $169.99. The price hike is linked to the upcoming 2024 Summer Olympics, and NBCUniversal plans to introduce a new ad-supported Peacock 'Select' tier for $7.99 per month.
Peacock Premium's price will increase from $7.99 to $10.99 monthly, and Premium Plus from $13.99 to $16.99 monthly, effective July 23 for new customers and after August 22 for existing ones.
Peacock's yearly plans will rise similarly, with Premium now at $109.99 (up from $79.99) and Premium Plus at $169.99 (up from $139.99), due to increasing original content offerings.
The price hike precedes the 2024 Summer Olympics, which Peacock will stream, alongside a growing slate of original content and upcoming NBA games.
NBCUniversal will also test a new ad-supported Peacock 'Select' tier for $7.99 monthly, providing access to NBC and Bravo content, among others.
