In a news release Wednesday morning, investigators said they have made arrests in connection with the mass shooting and a series of other violent incidents that occurred in the spring of 2025.
Coun. Michael Thompson, who represents Scarborough Centre, the ward where the shooting happened, previously told CBC News that seven people were shot and five were hurt by broken glass and other debris.
Ordinary people were subjected to trauma, said Thompson, highlighting the impact on victims from the attack at the Piper Arms Pub.
The suspects then took off. No one was killed, but 12 people were hurt during the chaotic event.
