David Robinson commented, revealing neglect within care settings, stating that the conditions depicted in the footage are "neglect... in a setting that is supposed to be caring."
An employee noted on camera, "using incorrect incontinence wear is a form of abuse," highlighting the serious breach of care standards occurring in the facility.
