The Group operates 66 sites across London and delivered its strongest-ever Christmas 2025 trading, with a five-week like-for-like sales increase of 14.5% and a 40% rise in covers. Turnover rose 32% to £79.6m, driven by like-for-like growth, acquisitions, refurbishments and annualisation of prior-year sites. Despite wage and National Insurance increases, adjusted EBITDA rose to £12.3m from £8.7m. The Group completed multiple acquisitions including The Birdcage.
