"In a speech following the defeat, Baroness Morgan said she was proud to have been the first woman to have held the job of Welsh first minister. Rhun ap Iorwerth said Plaid Cymru stands ready to take the necessary steps to form the next Government of Wales after winning the most seats. Baroness Morgan said she was proud of Welsh Labour’s achievements but said pressures on public services are enormous and change is not coming fast enough.
