Elon Musk's PAC stiffed paying swing-state petition signers, lawsuit claims
Briefly

Elon Musk's America PAC is under scrutiny following a lawsuit indicating that the organization failed to fulfill its promise of payments to voters who signed a petition supporting constitutional amendments. Initially, the PAC promised $47 per signer in key swing states and later increased it to $100. Plaintiffs from Georgia, Nevada, and Pennsylvania are leading a class-action suit claiming they were not compensated as promised. The organization maintains its commitment to paying valid petition signers, though complaints of unpaid rewards have surfaced from multiple states.
Despite multiple attempts to receive payment, Plaintiff Steven Reid was also not paid the full promised amounts for these referrals. He estimates that he has not been paid at least several thousand dollars he is owed for his referrals.
Plaintiffs are in communication with numerous others who referred voters to sign the America PAC petition, who are likewise frustrated that they did not receive full payments for their referrals.
