"She cut behind one car so the other driver couldn't see her, and she was knocked off of her bicycle. She was wearing a helmet, thankfully," Norwood Police Chief Christopher Padden told WCVB. "These kids on electric bikes and scooters are moving a lot faster than they used to be when they were driving regular bikes and scooters.""

Investigations into both crashes remain ongoing, and the Norwood driver remained on scene with no apparent charges likely pending.
