Nancy Guthrie, 84, was last seen about 9:30 p.m. Saturday at her Tucson-area home and was reported missing by her family around noon Sunday. She has some physical ailments but no cognitive issues. Pima County searchers employed drones and search dogs supported by volunteers and Border Patrol; search and rescue teams and the homicide team also became involved. Officials said involvement of the homicide team is not standard and investigators noted scene details that made the case stand out; foul play has not been ruled out. Savannah Guthrie thanked supporters and said the family’s focus remains on her safe return; Savannah was absent from "Today".
