"I do not find the evidence of [the accuser] to be either credible or reliable." Justice Maria Carroccia stated that the Crown could not meet its burden of proof.
Justice Carroccia concluded, "In this case, I have found actual consent not vitiated by fear," indicating her assessment of the evidence.
