Trump accused Collins and CNN of dishonesty and criticized her demeanor rather than addressing the substance of the question. Kimmel mocked the president's admonition that women should smile more as especially inappropriate given the topic of Epstein victims. Kimmel also ridiculed the administration's broader handling of Epstein revelations and lampooned threats to sue Harvard and the New York Times.
