Mark Cuban seems to endorse Elon Musk's idea of a new political party
Briefly

Billionaires Mark Cuban and Elon Musk, known for their differing political views, found common ground when Musk proposed the idea of a new political party for 'the middle' on X. Musk's tweet questioned the need for a party representing the 80% of Americans who feel overlooked by the current political system, amid his ongoing tensions with Donald Trump. Cuban showed support for Musk's suggestion with a positive response, highlighting his own dissatisfaction with traditional party politics, identifying as socially centrist and fiscally conservative during recent elections.
"Is it time to create a new political party in America that actually represents the 80% in the middle?" Musk asked in an X poll on Thursday.
Cuban appeared to endorse the idea, responding to Musk's post with three check marks.
Cuban has previously expressed his dismay with both political parties. He once described himself as 'socially centrist' while 'very fiscally conservative.'
During the 2024 election, Cuban campaigned heavily for former Vice President Kamala Harris, previously stating he liked that she's 'not an ideologue.'
