"Axios was the first outlet to report on Donilon's big bonus back in July, based on a source familiar with his testimony. A reticent Donilon, after being asked what circumstances he would have received a bonus for, told the committee he would have been given the bonus if Biden beat Donald Trump. I believe it would have been $4 million, Donilon said about his bonus."
