Embark Studios plans ongoing live-service updates for Arc Raiders, focusing on balance, bug fixes, cosmetics, feats, trials, and map conditions. November's North Line update introduces Stella Montis as a fifth map, a community unlock event with shared goals, new equipment, additional quests, and two towering Arcs named the Matriarch and Shredder. December's Cold Snap introduces an arctic map condition and the Flickering Flames community event timed for the winter period. Cold Snap also includes a Raider Deck, the game's version of a battle pass. Both updates expand existing Quests to let players rediscover lost content.
