Casa Tlapexco is located in the Lomas de Vista Hermosa neighborhood of Mexico City and is designed to respond to its steeply sloped site. The project features a stepped volumetry that allows for a fluid spatial descent across five levels, including two above and three below the street level. The design incorporates the 678.85 m plot effectively while ensuring interaction with the surrounding natural landscape. It highlights the site’s downward gradient and reflects a deep understanding of the terrain, creating a harmonious living environment.
Casa Tlapexco is designed to harmonize with the natural topography of its steeply sloped site in Mexico City, integrating with the landscape seamlessly.
The architectural concept employs a stepped volumetry that facilitates a fluid spatial descent throughout the building, with five levels accommodating unique living spaces.

Built partly beneath street level, the Casa Tlapexco features a design strategy that highlights the downward gradient of the site, anchoring the structure effectively.
