The Jungle by ROOM+ Design & Build is a mixed-use project located on a 300-square-meter plot in Ho Chi Minh City. The design integrates residential, commercial, and communal spaces within a limited footprint while adhering to urban planning restrictions. Key features include a 150-square-meter basement, around 300 sqm of commercial space, nine one-bedroom apartments, and a rooftop café. The design emphasizes flexible layouts, vertical planted balconies, and a natural material palette, fostering connections with the surrounding environment and enhancing urban living through vegetation.
