Quality of life became a central priority for residential living. The project context emphasizes a renewed focus on well-being and comfort within the home environment. Residential architecture is framed around supporting rest and leisure needs that became more significant during and after pandemic conditions. The emphasis connects living spaces to everyday recovery, downtime, and a higher standard of daily experience. The project is presented with coordination and team roles supporting the residential design effort in Bom Jesus dos Perdoes.
