The article explores the challenges of incentivizing Mobile AI Generation Creators (MASPs) in public mobile networks through effective payment schemes. It highlights the issue of moral hazard, where MASPs may reduce their investment to gain illegal revenue. To address this, a post-paid payment scheme is proposed to encourage client engagement and ensure that MASPs maintain their resource investment. By leveraging contract theory, the authors seek to balance the interests of both clients and MASPs while enhancing service quality and economic stability in mobile AIGC environments.
