Senator Lisa Murkowski expressed feeling cheated after her efforts to protect wind and solar projects were undermined by recent presidential orders, stating, "I feel like we made a deal and then hours later, a deal was made to somebody else."

We are all afraid, Murkowski told the crowd on Monday. Pausing, she added: It's quite a statement. But we are in a time and a place where I certainly have not been here before.
