Home sales in the Greater Toronto Area increased year-over-year in April, while average selling prices continued to decline.
A condo in San Jose that sold for $435,000, is the most affordable real estate sale in San Jose in the past week. For comparison, the overall average price of real estate in the area during that time was $1.4 million. The average price per square foot was $900. A total of 79 home sales were recorded for the period with an average square footage of 1,588 square feet
