Adam Peters has gained a reputation for being a ruthless roster builder. The general manager took emotions out of the equation and unceremoniously disposed of those who weren't up to the new standards. This drastic yet necessary measure has put the Washington Commanders on much sounder footing moving forward. Peters didn't think much of the way Ron Rivera went about his business on the draft front.
