Pharloom's Crown is a main quest that you receive upon defeating the Cogwork Dancers, part of a duo boss encounter in the Citadel. When you interact with the ornate elevator, you're told that you must acquire the Threefold Melody, which consists of the Conductor's Melody, the Architect's Melody, and the Vaultkeeper's Melody. When you reach these locations, you must play the Needolin to receive the rewards.
