After host­ing the International Symposium on Olive Oils of Croatia and the Adriatic Coast in September, orga­nized by Olive Oil Times, the spot­light returned from October 9 to 11 for the eighth World Championship of Olive Picking. "We're build­ing a des­ti­na­tion brand that doesn't imi­tate but inspires," said Ivana Jelinčić, direc­tor of the Postira Tourist Board.
