The global version of vivo's upcoming X300 allegedly has the model number V2515 and was spotted in the Geekbench online database earlier today, if a tipster on X is to be believed. The phone is powered by MediaTek's upcoming Dimensity 9500 SoC and managed a single-core score of 3,177 and a multi-core score of 9,701, as you can see in the screenshot below.

The phone is said to sport a 6.78-inch flat OLED screen with "1.5K" resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, and the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC at the helm paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. On the rear will be a 50 MP main camera using Sony's Lytia LYT-828 sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide using Samsung's ISOCELL JN5 sensor, and a 200 MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom using Samsung's ISOCELL HP5 sensor.
