Manchester United won the Premier League in 2008-09 and 2010-11, two of Sir Alex Ferguson's last three titles. Ferguson won 13 league titles in all during his time in charge of Man United and led generations of elite players through the most dominant period of the club's history. There were a handful of players who were a little bit different, who played with an extra twinkle in the eye, and two-time title winner Dimitar Berbatov was certainly one of those.

I love him. He's a fantastic player. He will be unbelievable, trust me. Hopefully, he will be patient. Hopefully, he'll have good people around him, agent, family, whatever. Hopefully, the coach sees his quality like everybody sees him. I'm sure that everybody sees his quality, and they'll give him that time that he needs to fit into the team. And I guarantee you, he's going to be a success.

The Bulgarian's elegant, composed and laid-back style made him one of the classiest players of his era, ranking 64th in FourFourTwo's greatest Premier League players list.
