Demos, DLC, and shadow drops are available on Switch right now Another Nintendo Direct is in the books, and the roughly hour-long presentation unloaded information about the 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. After the Mario-related spectacle, the Direct switched gears and revealed a few demos and even full games that are already available to download on the eShop starting today. These titles include DLC for one of the biggest Switch 2 games to date, a cartoony survival game, a beloved RPG, and a couple of roguelikes.
One of the oddest things Game Freak did with Pokémon X and Y a decade ago was introducing the Mega Evolution mechanic and not giving a beefier form to the game's three starters: Greninja, Chesnaught, and Delphox. Greninja went on to have a special "Ash-Greninja" form based on a transformation shown in the anime, but none of the Kalos starters got to take part in their region's battle gimmick. That's finally changing in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
