San Francisco Botanical Garden will transform into a glowing after-dark wonderland this winter with Lightscape, an immersive holiday light and music trail that has wowed crowds in London, Chicago, Melbourne, and New York. From November 21, 2025 through January 4, 2026, visitors can wander a one-mile path with more than one million twinkling lights, tunnels of color, lantern trees, glowing sculptures, and water features.
Create art inspired by our programming at this drop-in art workshop! All ages welcome, all materials provided. Create intimate, freestanding sculptures using air-dry clay and wire à la artist Johanna Jackson's work in "Bay Area Then." For the kids, there's a lot to love. There are the action montages, a bright retro futuristic setting, a visual style that is gee-whiz superhero cool, but in a comic way - shiny and light and not over the top. The movie is just more palatable for kids than most other Marvel movies, emotionally and cognitively. The superheroes are relatable as family but they also play the part of role models well, interacting with and caring deeply about the public they serve.

I don't know that we've ever seen a year quite like this one when it comes to new co-op experiences. From major-publisher-backed hits like Split Fiction and Grounded 2, to indie darlings like REPO and Peak, there hasn't just been a significant quantity of games meant for co-op play, but they've gone in so many different, yet similarly exciting, directions.
