Rescue teams found 11 survivors and recovered 27 bodies, eight of them children, as a tourist boat capsized in Halong Bay amidst Storm Wipha.

Halong Bay is one of those places you just can't appreciate until you see it in person. It is a serene and magical place with its limestone cliffs, jungle-topped islets and surreal seascapes.
