The Dallas Cowboys plan to hire Chidera Uzo-Diribe as outside linebackers coach while adding Marcus Dixon and Stephen Bravo-Brown to their defensive staff.
This was inevitable, but it counts for nothing if the Commanders don't find the right coaches to spearhead Jones' plans for growth. And unfortunately, a rumored target has opted to join a bitter division rival instead. According to ESPN's Todd Archer, Marcus Dixon has joined the Dallas Cowboys as a defensive line coach. He worked with Jones over the last two seasons with the Minnesota Vikings, but his prior connection to new coordinator Christian Parker meant Washington's hated adversary got in there first.
