I started to realize I've been spending most of my life hating being on this horse named Jim. I wanna get the fuck off of it. I want to drink it off. I want to drug it off... I want to get off this thing 'cause I don't like it.

"October 4 is the 20th anniversary of our album Z," frontman Jim James said in a statement. "It's pretty wild to think about that. To celebrate 2 decades of it being out in the ether, we're turning 5 of our shows into special Z anniversary shows, where we'll play that album (and some other songs, don't worry) front to back."

I believe he was one of the most inventive guitarists of all time, not just for the innovation of the B-Bender, but for his use of rhythm.
