Joshua Quimby, 35, was driving a Volkswagen GTI on July 20, 2024, when he allegedly hit 53-year-old Tamar Vishlitzky, of Concord, who was walking her bike in a crosswalk near a bike path intersection.

The crash occurred on North Main Street in Yarmouth, south of the Great Western Road intersection, when Peter Richmond's vehicle hit a disabled boat trailer.
