Nexus Mods is implementing age-verification checks for NSFW and adult mods to comply with new UK and EU laws protecting under-age internet users from inappropriate content.

Scott says that the site 'has been my entire adult life' and that 'the strain of being responsible for the behemoth I created' had taken a toll.
