The latest tranche of Epstein files released by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) last week includes detailed and gruesome descriptions of alleged abuse by private equity billionaire and Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) trustee Leon Black. The trove of documents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein includes scanned pages of an apparent diary containing first-person accounts of alleged abuse as well as emails describing accusations against Black.

FBI agents investigating David Copperfield in 2007 said that a clear connection existed between the famous illusionist and Jeffrey Epstein, according to documents released by the Department of Justice last week in the latest tranche of the Epstein files. A 2007 FBI memo by agents in Seattle said further investigation of this connection was needed to to determine if they [Copperfield and Epstein] both shared a predilection for minors and if they engaged in referring possible victims to each other.

Pawar had been accused in 2024 of sexually abusing the teen a year earlier, after she went shopping with her mom at Walmart, where he worked as a tire technician.
