A panel in Extended Data Fig. 5a(H) was misassigned during figure assembly, and the corrected image is provided as supplementary information without affecting results.

A figure preparation error duplicated the Mcm5 IP sample in Extended Data Fig. 6b; the correct Mcm5 extract image is provided via updated supplementary information.
