The 68th Grammy Awards aren't just a night of music industry awards, but a rock star celebration of music itself. There was a slew of showstopping performances at this year's awards ceremony, hosted at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, one of which featured all seven nominees for the best new artist category inlcuding Olivia Dean, Lola Young, and Sombr. Other performances included the in memoriam segment of the show, which featured country superstar Reba McEntire performing at the Grammys for the first time.

The Recording Academy has announced that this Sunday's Grammy Awards will feature Ms. Lauryn Hill performing during the "In Memoriam" segment in honor of the late D'Angelo and Roberta Flack. Elsewhere, Post Malone, Slash, Duff McKagan, and Chad Smith will pay tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne, and Reba McEntire will be joined by Brandy Clark and Lukas Nelson to honor "some of the musical icons" who passed away in the last year.

The final acts have just been announced for next months' 25th anniversary Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, with Wilco vocalist Jeff Tweedy added to a lineup that already included String Cheese Incident, Reverend Horton Heat, and Dengue Fever. It was pretty obvious as early as May of this year who a pretty large chunk of the artists playing would be at this year's 25th annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival (October 3-5), when they announced a night-before-the-festival Emmylou Harris tribune concert at The Masonic.

The second super jam at the "Back to the Beginning" final Black Sabbath concert featured an all-star roster including Steven Tyler, Sammy Hagar, and Billy Corgan.
