Sex offender accused of hiding in women's bathroom at Northeastern, assaulting officers
"Prosecutors allege that Awogboro triggered an alarm at Northeastern shortly before 6:30 p.m. Wednesday as he exited through an emergency door in the dining area of Stetson East residence hall."
"One staff member allegedly told officers she noticed Awogboro craning his neck under a divider to peer into her stall as she used the restroom."
"The officer brought Awogboro to the ground, where he thrashed his legs and attempted to bite officers, eventually placing his mouth on one of their holstered firearms."
Brandon Awogboro, a 29-year-old Level 2 sex offender, was arrested for hiding in a women's bathroom stall at Northeastern University and spying on an employee. He faces charges including trespassing, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer. Awogboro had a prior no-trespass order for the campus and was on probation with a GPS ankle monitor. He allegedly triggered an alarm while exiting through an emergency door and resisted arrest by thrashing his legs and attempting to bite officers.
