Arif Nour, a 23-year-old from Red Hook, has been charged with harassment and unlawful imprisonment. On April 20, he approached a woman near 46 Street and allegedly restrained her when she tried to leave. He then carried her to a subway station before fleeing on foot. Fortunately, the woman was uninjured. Police released a description of Nour, who was at large until his arrest on May 4.
