
"A 47-year-old motorcyclist died Monday morning after colliding with a vehicle, authorities said. The coroner's bureau identified him as Richard Sajor Jr. Police said he was a Livermore resident. The collision happened about 3:30 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Paseo Laguna Seco and Portola Avenue, police said. Police said the preliminary investigation indicates that a 61-year-old Livermore man was driving a 2016 Jaguar southbound on Paseo Laguna Seco and made a left turn onto Portola Avenue."
"At the same time, the motorcyclist was riding westbound on Portola Avenue, and the two vehicles collided in the intersection. Sajor was pronounced deceased at the scene. The vehicle driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. Both directions of Portola Avenue and Paseo Laguna Seco were temporarily closed while officers investigated. Traffic was rerouted through nearby neighborhoods."

A 61-year-old Livermore man driving a 2016 Jaguar was southbound on Paseo Laguna Seco and made a left turn onto Portola Avenue when the motorcycle, traveling westbound on Portola Avenue, and the Jaguar collided in the intersection. Sajor was pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle driver remained and is cooperating with investigators. Both roads were temporarily closed and traffic rerouted.
