"A 27-year-old Brampton, Ont., man is wanted in connection with the homicide of a woman in Lincoln, Ont., says the Niagara Regional Police Service. Police believe Manpreet Singh may have fled the country after the woman's body was discovered at Charles Daley Park on Oct. 21. She was identified as Amanpreet Saini of the Toronto suburb of North York. "This is believed to have been a targeted attack with no ongoing threat to public safety," police said in a news release."

Manpreet Singh, 27, from Brampton, Ontario, is wanted across Canada on a warrant for second-degree murder. The victim, Amanpreet Saini, 27, was found dead at Charles Daley Park in Lincoln on Oct. 21. Niagara Regional Police Service characterize the incident as a believed targeted attack and state there is no ongoing threat to public safety. Police believe Singh may have fled the country and have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant. Investigators continue to seek information and have identified Singh as the suspect in the homicide.
