Tesla Semis to get 18 new Megachargers at this PepsiCo plant

PepsiCo plans to construct new Tesla Semi Megacharger stations at its Charlotte, North Carolina facility, featuring 18 charging stalls. These chargers can charge the Class 8 Semi at speeds of up to 1MW, allowing for approximately 70 percent charge in about 30 minutes. PepsiCo's Tesla Semi fleet has expanded to around 86 units since first delivery in 2023. Additional Megachargers exist at their facilities in California, and further Megacharger stations are planned across various locations by Tesla.
