Flair Espresso Launches eWizard Steamer and 49 Pro Espresso Maker
""Once it comes up to temperature, that temperature is internally regulated with a mechanical system that makes sure that it stays at a consistent steaming pressure so that you can steam back-to-back shots, no problem," Jeff Walcott, head of e-commerce and marketing for Flair Espresso, told Daily Coffee News."
""There's not a lot of loss in the system, and as soon as you're finished steaming, it'll bring it right back up and there's really no loss of time.""
Flair Espresso introduced two new products at the World of Coffee San Diego trade show: the eWizard electric milk steamer and the Flair 49 Pro manual espresso maker. The eWizard features a 700-milliliter boiler, a knob-controlled steam wand, and an integrated electric heating element. It allows for consistent steaming pressure without external heat sources, making it suitable for both home and commercial use. The eWizard can froth half a gallon of milk per fill and is priced at $325.
