The Casas Boêmia project showcases semi-detached homes that maximize comfort and community on compact lots. Covering 85m², these homes feature open common areas, a kitchen-dining-living room arrangement, and an outdoor barbecue adjacent to the kitchen. Strategic design choices, such as a storage area under a front overhang and a backyard with laundry and pet-friendly space, highlight functionality. The architecture embraces an industrial style while incorporating inviting colors and warmth, proving that small homes can be both stylish and livable.
Our goal was to create an industrial-style architecture with the warmth of a family home. We incorporated colors throughout the project, from furniture to walls.
The key feature of the project was placing the barbecue adjacent to the kitchen counter, separated by a sliding door that disappears into the side of the structure.
