Two drivers tragically lost their lives in a collision in Livermore on Monday morning. The crash happened around 5:55 a.m. when a Ram pickup truck collided with a Honda on Isabel Avenue just north of Kalthoff Common. Emergency medical personnel pronounced both drivers dead at the scene. They have been identified as a 43-year-old man from Tracy and a 23-year-old man from Manteca. The Alameda County Coroner's Bureau will release their names after informing their families. The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing, and authorities closed the roadway for several hours to conduct their inquiries and clear the site.
