SOOM is a Korean barbecue restaurant from the team behind Canary Wharf spot 3KOBROS, opening in Covent Garden on 10 November 2025. The menu features premium meats for tabletop grilling plus Korean dishes such as tteokbokki, veggie japchae, kimchi pancake, squid and watercress salad, spicy seafood soup, tofu bibimbap, perilla oil buckwheat noodles, kimchi jjigae and brown sugar pancakes. Beverage options include soju, teas and Korean-inspired cocktails. The interior includes stone tables with concealed grills, a twelve-seat circular central table beneath a Hanok-referencing ceiling sculpture, a symbolic two-metre Jing gong, a hanji-wrapped bar counter, celadon vases and mother-of-pearl artwork.
