Zee Entertainment filed a lawsuit against Nykaa in the Delhi High Court for allegedly using its copyrighted songs in Instagram reels for product promotion. Zee claims it has a licensing agreement with Meta Platforms for non-commercial use of its music. The lawsuit seeks $210,000 in damages. Nykaa's lawyer stated that the flagged links had been removed as per a court order. The case is scheduled for a hearing on May 26.
