Gary Lionelli, an Emmy-winning composer, lost his recently completed $6 million home in the Pacific Palisades to wildfires. He secured one of the first rebuilding permits from Los Angeles and aims to move in by fall 2026. Lionelli acknowledges the community's recovery will take longer than expected, estimating a full restoration of the area will take 7 to 10 years. His architect, Kurt Krueger, is leading the reconstruction process, utilizing prior blueprints to expedite rebuilding after delays caused by COVID-19.
