The unique layout consists of stacked boxes interspersed with terraces and walkways, ensuring strong visual connections to the surrounding natural landscape. This approach not only enhances accessibility and natural light but also respects the eco-city's features, utilizing rooftop solar panels to reduce energy consumption. The design merges a colorful plinth with a monochrome tower, striking a balance between modern architecture and its lush environment, making it a sustainable commercial space in a transitional setting.
