Raymond Campbell, 65, was arrested in Brooklyn after surrendering to police, nearly two months after he allegedly killed 55-year-old Frederick Solomon in a fatal accident. On May 17, Campbell was driving while Solomon crossed Washington Street. Emergency responders rushed Solomon to the hospital, where he later died from injuries sustained in the crash.
